Kobayashi Maru Rewards:
-Resolved an issue where the Prolonged Engagement Weaponry would not unlock for characters on an account where one character had completed the project to unlock the weapons.
-Newly Acquired versions of the Prolonged Engagement Weaponry will come at Ultra-Rare, instead of Very Rare.
*Existing versions will not be altered; however, when put in the Upgrade System they will convert to Ultra Rare automatically.
-The Prolonged Engagement Weapons now have 4 innate Damage modifiers, instead of 2.
*This change will affect existing weapons.
-Set both Prolonged Engagement weapons to character bound as intended.
